Job Description

Summary We are currently seeking a Diesel Truck Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate is a skilled and reliable professional with at least 3 years of hands-on experience in automotive or equipment repair. You will be responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining various vehicles or machinery while upholding high safety and quality standards. Key Responsibilities Accurately diagnose and repair mechanical and electrical issues on a wide range of vehicles or equipment Perform general repairs including but not limited to clutches, fan hubs, differentials, fifth wheels, brakes, batteries, AC, oil changes, bolt on components, and replace transmissions Tag all warranty parts and returns, take photos Document all work performed clearly and accurately Adhere strictly to safety procedures and company policies Take part in ongoing training and development programs Make minor welding repairs Required Qualifications High school diploma or GED Minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience as a technician (automotive, diesel, or heavy equipment preferred) Basic computer skills and the ability to use digital repair documentation Strong work ethic and attention to detail Ability to work in a non-climate-controlled environment (e.g., shop or garage setting) Ability to lift up to 50 lbs Benefits We Offer 401(k) retirement plan with employer contribution Health, dental, and vision insurance PTO and holiday pay begin accruing immediately Company-provided uniforms and tool allowance Apply today and join a company that values your expertise, supports your growth, and recognizes your contributions.
