Experienced Roadside Diesel Mechanic (Pontiac IL, 61764 area)

Responsibilities:

• Perform routine maintenance and repairs on diesel trucks and trailers
• Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical issues with diesel engines
• Conduct inspections and preventive maintenance on diesel engines and trailers
• General repairs
• Perform tire services, including mounting and rotation
• Provide excellent customer service by addressing customer concerns and answering questions

Experience:

• Proven experience as a Diesel Mechanic or similar role
• Strong knowledge of diesel engines and their components
• Proficient in using diagnostic tools and equipment to identify issues
• Ability to perform heavy lifting and physical tasks associated with the job
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Strong customer service skills to interact with clients effectively
