$30-$45/hr based on experienceOvertime paid at time and a halfPerformance bonuses based on 5 star reviewsUnlimited PTOPaid Bi-WeeklyWork from home, take company service truck home with main equipment providedNever pay for fuel to get to workUniforms providedAbout the Job We're hiring a dependable mobile diesel/fleet technician to perform on-site repairs and maintenance for commercial customers throughout the Fort Lauderdale/Pompano area. This is an independent field position for someone who can diagnose problems, work without constant supervision, and handle a variety of repairs in the field. If you're tired of flat-rate work, shop politics, or sitting in the same bay every day, this role offers variety, independence, and steady work.

Typical Work Includes:

Diagnostics and troubleshootingPM services and roadside repairsBrakes, no-starts, electrical, and general repairsLight, medium, and heavy-duty diesel vehiclesCustomer communication and job documentationSchedule Full-time with overtime opportunitiesSome Saturday work depending on workloadOccasional after-hours callsWhat We're Looking For Strong mechanical experience (diesel preferred)Diagnostic ability and scan tool experienceAbility to work independentlyGood communication and professionalismValid driver's license and clean driving recordMust supply your own hand toolsBonus Experience Mobile repair or roadside serviceFleet maintenanceASE certificationsSpanish speakingGrowth Opportunities Opportunity to grow into more advanced diesel diagnostics, semi-truck repair, and leadership roles as the company expands.
