Job Description

Job Summary:
Previous Oilfield work history required. We are seeking a skilled Diesel Mechanic to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining and repairing diesel engines and hydraulic systems, ensuring they operate efficiently and safely.
Responsibilities:
  • Diagnose and repair diesel engines, including electrical and mechanical systems
  • Perform routine maintenance on diesel engines and vehicles
  • Conduct inspections to identify faulty components and recommend solutions
  • Operate heavy equipment for diagnostic purposes
  • Fabricate parts as needed for repairs
  • Handle heavy lifting when necessary
  • Service tires and perform equipment repairs
  • Utilize hydraulic systems for maintenance tasks
  • Use diagnostics tools
Experience:
  • Prior experience in diesel engine repair and maintenance
  • Proficiency in hydraulics and mechanical knowledge
  • Ability to operate heavy equipment / forklift
  • Skilled in automotive diagnostics and service
  • Experience with fabricating parts for repairs
Requirements:
  • Strong mechanical knowledge of diesel engines & hydraulics
  • Ability to handle heavy lifting as part of the job requirements
Nice-to-Have Skills:
  • Experience in heavy equipment operation
