Job Description
Job Overview We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Semi Diesel Mechanic to join our dynamic maintenance team. In this role, you will be responsible for diagnosing and repairing a wide range of heavy-duty diesel-powered equipment, semi tractor/trailers. Weekly Salary of $500.00 plus $35.00 per hour for service calls. This is a 24/7 on call position!!! Duties Perform comprehensive diagnostics and repairs on diesel engines, transmissions, hydraulics, suspension systems, and air brake systems to ensure reliable operation. Conduct filter replacements, tire service, and brake repairs. Skills Strong mechanical knowledge of diesel engines Proficiency in automotive diagnostics using advanced tools to identify issues accurately. Skilled in the use of hand tools, power tools, lifting equipment, and other maintenance devices for heavy lifting and precise repairs. Familiarity with electrical systems related to heavy machinery operation is a plus. Excellent customer service skills to communicate effectively with drivers regarding repairs needed. Capable of working in physically demanding environments requiring manual dexterity and safety awareness.
