Dattco DATTCO currently has a full-time Diesel Technician opening at our Coach and Tour Fleet Maintenance location in Cranston, RI. DATTCO is a third generation, family-owned transportation company. We entered the motor coach charter business in 1964 with the New York World's Fair. DATTCO is now New England's largest private passenger transportation company. Our Coach & Tour Group operates 200 vehicles and drives 6 million miles annually.

Primary Responsibilities:
Performs scheduled preventive maintenance and service inspections on a variety of vehicles Performs diagnostic and repair work on all types of vehicles Completes required paperwork with regards to repair orders and parts usage Makes road calls Owns and maintains the proper hand tools to perform job functions Follow orders of the shop foreman or other supervisor
Position Requirements:
High school diploma, trade school or equivalent Training or experience in the field of automotive, truck or bus repair Driver's license Hold, or be eligible to, hold a CDL license Hold, or be willing to work toward, ASE certifications Adequate English verbal and written communication skills Physical strength and conditioning to perform all required tasks Qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, national origin, disability, protected veteran status and any other protected classes.
