Marine & Vehicle Mechanic Location:
Haig Point, Daufuskie Island, SC Work where others vacation. Live the island life while keeping our community moving. Haig Point Club & Community is a private, member-owned oasis on beautiful Daufuskie Island. We're looking for a skilled Marine and Vehicle Mechanic to join our dedicated team and help maintain our fleet of boats, golf carts, and utility vehicles. This is more than a job — it's a chance to grow your skills in a stunning Lowcountry setting and become a vital part of a tight-knit team.
What You'll Do:
Maintain and repair marine vessels & land vehicles Service diesel & electric systems Troubleshoot mechanical/electrical issues Keep detailed service records Ensure safety & compliance standards Work hands-on in a dynamic, outdoor environment
What You Bring:
High school diploma or GED (technical certifications a plus) 3+ years of experience in mechanics Strong problem-solving skills & attention to detail Valid SC driver's license Welding certification? Even better!
