DIESEL MAINTENANCE MECHANIC

positions available with Dycos Staffing for Metromont Corporation, an established concrete manufacturing company in Spartanburg, SC. Medical, dental, vision and life insurance. The primary responsibilities for this role include:

• Perform preventative maintenance and repairs on all equipment
• Perform maintenance and installation on a variety of equipment, buildings and systems
• Detect and report any unusual conditions and need for major maintenance to proper supervisor
• Drive a long term maintenance program, making plans and recommendations as needed
• Repair off road equipment
• Work on overhead cranes
• Housekeeping as necessary
• Must be able to work outside in all weather conditions
• Must have own tools

REQUIRED SKILLS

: Strong industrial repair and maintenance experience with construction tools, machinery and heavy equipment. Must have previous diesel mechanic experience. Previous general electrical experience a plus. Must have own tools and be able to successfully work in outside environment.

PREFERRED

: Previous industrial electric experience
