Job Description

Position Overview We are seeking an experienced Shop Manager to join our team in Flatonia, TX. This is a hands-on leadership role for a highly skilled shop diesel technician manager who can effectively manage shop operations while overseeing advanced diagnostics, maintenance, and repairs on heavy-duty tractors and trailers. A CDL is preferred but not required. Compensation & Schedule Competitive pay based on experience Bonus program available Certifications are a plus Excellent company-sponsored benefits package
Monday-Friday:
7:00 AM - 5:00 PM Pickup Truck Allowance Experience Requirements Qualified candidates should have 2-4 years of proven experience working with: scheduling payroll Late-model Freightliner trucks Heavy-duty truck and trailer repair Responsibilities Oversee in-house repairs on heavy-duty tractors and trailers Lead in the Diagnose and repair complex mechanical and electrical issues Order parts and manage inventory levels Process invoices and maintain shop documentation Help reduce repair costs by minimizing outsourced workdirect daily shop management and workflow coordination Lead by example while maintaining a safe and productive work environment Required Technical Skills Experience with the following systems and repairs: Brake systems Suspension systems Transmissions Clutches Reefer units Computer diagnostics and troubleshooting Hydraulics and PTO systems Heavy truck diagnostics and repair Welding and fabrication Additional Requirements Strong computer skills Ability to work independently Strong leadership and organizational skills Reliable and dependable work ethic Call Bob @ 302-491-0409 and apply today!
