We provide repair, maintenance, diagnostics, DOT inspections, truck outfitting, trailer repair, and fleet services for commercial customers throughout East Texas. We are looking for an experienced Diesel Technician who takes pride in quality work, has a strong work ethic, and wants to grow with a fast-growing company. Job Duties Perform preventative maintenance services on medium and heavy-duty trucks Diagnose and repair brake systems Diagnose and repair suspension systems Perform wheel seal replacements Diagnose and repair air systems Perform DOT inspections Diagnose electrical and lighting issues Perform trailer repairs and maintenance Complete repair orders accurately and efficiently Maintain a clean and organized work area Communicate repair recommendations to the service advisor Qualifications Previous diesel, truck, trailer, automotive, or equipment repair experience preferred Ability to diagnose and repair mechanical issues Knowledge of air brake systems and suspension systems Welding experience is a plus DOT inspection certification is a plus Must have your own basic hand tools Valid driver's license required Strong work ethic and dependable attendance Ability to work independently and as part of a team Compensation Competitive Hourly Pay Based on Experience Performance Bonuses Available Overtime Opportunities Available What We're Looking For We want technicians who show up on time, work hard, take care of customers, and want to build a long-term career.
