Due to record growth and stacked bays, we are adding a high-level Master Heavy Duty Diesel Technician to our team. This position is open for an immediate start. We are a fast-paced, precision-driven shop specializing in heavy commercial trucks and fleets. If you want to work with a hungry, no-nonsense crew that keeps the work coming, rewards elite skill, and treats you like family, this is your slot.
What We Are Looking For:
The Skillset:
We need a versatile, heavy-hitting technician who can handle everything from bumper to bumper. You must be fluent in heavy diagnostics, electrical, HVAC/AC systems , suspension/air ride , transmissions, clutches, and wheel seals.
Engine Execution:
While we don't build motors every single day, our engine volume is steadily increasing and we need someone who can handle the heavy iron when it lands. You must be able to handle DD15 heads and fuel pumps , as well as full inframes on CAT and Detroit Series 60 platforms.
The Shop Mindset:
No egos. We aren't going to pay a Master Tech to do basic brakes all day long, but when the shop gets tight and a job needs to get out the door, everyone on this crew rows the boat.
The Toolbox:
Must own and bring your own professional, fully stocked roll cab/toolbox with your standard heavy-duty hand tools and standard impacts.
What We Provide:
No need to break the bank on specialty gear. We provide the heavy impact sockets, precision measuring instruments, and advanced diagnostic tooling required to lock down these jobs properly.
Compensation & Bonuses:
Premium Pay:
$30.00 to $45.00 per hour ( Starting rate is based on your current depth, with immediate room to grow as you prove your speed, skill, and value on the shop floor ).
Quarterly Bonuses:
Hard work doesn't go unnoticed here. We reward our top producers with performance bonuses every single quarter.
Fast Payday:
1099 structure, paid out every single Friday like clockwork.
Schedule & Hours:

50+ hours a week minimum to max out your paycheck.

Monday through Friday only. No weekends. Keep your family time for your family.
