Diesel Mechanic Service Technician

Duties Diagnose and repair diesel engines, transmissions, brakes, hydraulics, suspension systems, and HVAC components on heavy equipment and vehicles Perform routine maintenance such as oil changes, tire service, alignment checks, and air brake inspections to keep equipment operating smoothly Fabricate parts and components using welding, soldering, hand tools, and power tools to meet OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturer) specifications Interpret schematics and technical manuals to troubleshoot electrical systems, hydraulics, and mechanical issues effectively Conduct heavy lifting and equipment assembly tasks safely while adhering to all safety protocols Operate heavy equipment such as excavators, cranes, forklifts, or semi tractor-trailers during repair or testing procedures Provide exceptional customer service by explaining repairs clearly and ensuring client satisfaction with workmanship Qualifications Proven mechanic experience with dealership or industrial equipment preferred Strong mechanical knowledge of diesel engines, transmissions, brakes, hydraulics, suspension systems, and HVAC systems Hands-on experience with automotive diagnostics tools and schematics interpretation Ability to use hand tools, power tools, welding equipment, soldering irons, and other maintenance devices proficiently Familiarity with OEM standards for vehicle maintenance and repair procedures Experience working with semi trucks, heavy equipment operation or industrial machinery highly desirable Excellent problem-solving skills combined with strong communication abilities for customer interactions Physical ability to perform heavy lifting and work in various environmental conditions Join us to advance your career in a vibrant environment that values technical expertise and dedication.
