Diesel Mechanic Technician III - Hotard Shuttle Are you an experienced diesel mechanic looking for a challenge? Diesel Bus Mechanic/Technician Pay:
The hourly wage ranges from $36 to $45/per hour, based on experience.

Mechanic Referral Program:
How It Works Refer a qualified candidate for a Tech II or Tech III Mechanic position. If your referral is hired, you will receive referral bonuses based on their continued employment. Referral Bonus Structure Tech II Mechanic $2,000 after 3 months of employment $2,000 after 9 months of employment
Total Possible Bonus:

Diesel Bus Mechanic/Technician Position Overview:
As a Diesel Mechanic Technician III, you will be responsible for performing advanced diagnostics, maintenance, and repairs on our fleet of motorcoaches, school buses, shuttles, transits, and sprinters. You will lead repair operations and ensure vehicles are fully serviced and ready for reliable passenger transport.
Diesel Bus Mechanic/Technician Education/Experience Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent. Technical degree in diesel and industrial technology (or similar focus) preferred.
If no degree:
Minimum 10 years of experience in a diesel/bus repair and maintenance environment.
With degree:
Minimum 7 years of experience in a diesel/bus repair and maintenance environment.
Diesel Bus Mechanic/Technician Certificates, Licenses, Registrations:
Valid driver's license. Ability to obtain Class B CDL. Forklift certification to operate sit-down forklifts and scissor lifts, or ability to obtain certification. MACS (Mobile Air Conditioning Society) Section 609 certification required.

Work Shifts:
Monday to Friday, Weekend shifts as needed.
