Field Diesel Mechanic - Heavy Equipment

We are actively seeking Field Diesel Mechanic - Equipment to join a dynamic team near Eagle Mountain, UT . In this role, you will be instrumental in conducting inspections, PM services, and repairs on Heavy-Duty Equipment in a mine setting. Technicians will benefit from a strong company culture, professional work environment, and on going development.

Qualifications:

3+ years with hands-on Heavy-Duty Equipment diagnostic, repair, and maintenance experience. Previous field experience Strongly Preferred. Valid Driver's license & a good driving record (CDL will be given preference). Proficiency in using mechanical tools and devices. Basic math skills and the ability to read/understand manuals, catalogs, and diagrams. Strong commitment to customer service and communication, both internal and external. Teamwork skills and the ability to work effectively with minimal supervision. Pride in workmanship, reliability, honesty, a willingness to learn, and a team-oriented attitude. Post-offer physical examinations required as a condition of employment. Successful Drug screen required as a condition of employment.

Compensation:

$30.00 - $40.00+ /hour, dependent on previous experience. Quarterly Bonus Program. Take Home Service Truck, Fuel card, cell and laptop. OT after 40 hours Paid time off. In-house and ongoing training. Shift:
