Diesel Technician / Mechanic (Truck)

What You'll Do You'll be hands-on with diesel trucks and/or buses, handling everything from preventative maintenance to complex diagnostics. Diagnose mechanical and electrical issues quickly and accurately Perform preventive maintenance to keep fleets running efficiently Repair and maintain engines, transmissions, brakes, electrical systems, hydraulics, and drivelines Use diagnostic tools, manuals, and equipment to troubleshoot problems Complete repairs efficiently and within standard times Document work performed clearly and accurately Support drivers/operators with technical insight when needed Handle road calls and emergency repairs (shop + mobile roles available) Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment Collaborate with a team that values communication and accountability What You Bring We're looking for techs who know their craft and want to keep getting better. High School Diploma or GED (required) 2+ years of diesel or heavy equipment experience Strong knowledge of diesel systems (engines, electrical, hydraulics, etc.) Ability to diagnose issues—not just replace parts Basic computer skills for service documentation CDL (a plus, not required) Trade school or certifications (a plus) Willingness to work overtime when needed Why Techs Choose Us We know good technicians have options—so we make this one worth it.
