Diesel Mechanic / Heavy Equipment Technician Aaron's Towing & Heavy Hauling Earn a role where your expertise keeps critical operations moving. Aaron's Towing & Heavy Hauling is growing—and we're looking for a skilled Diesel Mechanic / Heavy Equipment Technician who takes pride in their craft and wants to be part of a high-performing, dependable team. What You'll Do You'll play a critical role in keeping our fleet operational, safe, and road-ready: Perform preventive maintenance and repairs on heavy-duty trucks, trailers, and equipment (shop & field) Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, brake, suspension, and air systems Troubleshoot equipment including Kenworth, Freightliner M2, medium-duty trucks, trailers, and skid steers Maintain accurate service documentation and inspection records Communicate clearly on repair timelines, priorities, and equipment status Support a safe, clean, and organized work environment What We're Looking For 2+ years of experience in diesel, heavy truck, or equipment repair Strong diagnostic skills across mechanical and electrical systems Ability to work both independently and as part of a team Reliable, detail-oriented, and committed to quality work Must have own tools Clean driving record and ability to pass pre-employment screening Ability to work 40+ hours/week Nice to Have (but not required) Welding/fabrication experience Class A CDL (or willingness to obtain) Why Join Aaron's Towing?
