Job Description
Experienced diesel techs- $1,500-$1,800/week, Great benefits, Immediate openings Overview Full-time Diesel Mechanic needed to inspect, diagnose, and repair Class 8 trucks and fleet equipment. Steady workload, competitive weekly pay based on experience, own tools required. Pay $1,500-$1,800 per week (paid weekly), hourly-style pay Key responsibilities: Perform scheduled PMs and repairs: engines, transmissions, air brakes, suspensions, drivetrains, and tires Diagnose electrical/ECM and sensor issues using diagnostic tools Complete DOT inspections and maintain maintenance software records Fabricate/modify components and perform welding as needed Road‑call and in‑shop repairs; tire changes/rotations Maintain clean, safe shop practices and tool accountability Required qualifications Proven diesel/heavy truck mechanic experience (3+ years preferred) Proficient with diagnostics, ECMs, and commercial vehicle systems Own basic mechanic tool set Valid driver's license and reliable transportation Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work under vehicles Preferred ASE HDT or manufacturer certifications VA inspection license CDL, forklift experience, welding skills, or farm equipment familiarity Benefits Low-cost health insurance with company health incentives Dental & vision insurance Short-term disability options Company-paid life insurance 6 paid holidays
