RV Specialist/Diesel Tech

Responsibilities:

• Perform routine maintenance and repairs on diesel engines including RV's
• Diagnose, repair and maintain various systems and components within an RV
• Conduct inspections to identify worn or damaged parts
• Repair or replace faulty components, such as brakes, transmissions, and engines
• Perform tire service, including mounting, balancing, and rotation
• Maintain and repair hydraulic systems, electrical systems, appliances and perform plumbing repairs
• Conduct vehicle maintenance, including oil changes, filter replacements, and fluid checks
• Use hand tools and power tools to complete repairs
• Solder electrical connections as needed

Skills:

• Strong knowledge of diesel engine mechanics and RV systems
• Proficiency in performing tire service and maintenance
• Experience with hydraulic system maintenance and repair
• Knowledge of tractor-trailer assembly and disassembly procedures
• Familiarity with vehicle maintenance practices, including oil changes and filter replacements
• Competence in using hand tools and power tools for repairs
• Skill in soldering electrical connections
