As the Lead Mechanic, you will be responsible for overseeing the maintenance and repair of heavy machinery and semi trucks. This is a hands-on role that requires strong technical knowledge, leadership skills, and the ability to effectively manage a team. ```Duties```
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical issues
  • Perform routine maintenance tasks on heavy machinery
  • Conduct thorough inspections of vehicles and equipment to identify any potential problems or safety hazards
  • Order parts
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies ```Experience```
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; technical school or certification preferred
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience as a diesel mechanic on heavy machinery
  • Strong knowledge of diesel mechanics
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
