  • Join a collaborative, professional team that values your skills and contributions Certified Diesel Technician Job Responsibilities Accurately diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair diesel engines, powertrains, and related systems on Ford trucks and commercial vehicles Perform routine maintenance, inspections, and complex repairs, including mechanical, electrical, and drivability systems Utilize Ford factory-level diagnostic tools and service software to efficiently resolve issues Complete repair orders with precision, documenting all labor, parts, and services accurately Maintain productivity while delivering high-quality workmanship and meeting flat-rate expectations Collaborate closely with service advisors and fellow technicians to ensure smooth workflow and timely vehicle delivery Recommend additional repairs and preventative maintenance to customers when appropriate Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area while adhering to dealership safety protocols and manufacturer standards
Certified Diesel Technician Compensation and Benefits Pay Range:
Make $125,000 to $200,000 annually!
