Gpac is working with a long-standing Ag equipment company that has been in business for over 40+ years and is still going strong and is looking for an Ag Equipment Technician! This company is a small family-friendly business that truly does focus on a strong work life balance atmosphere. Their focus is to solve the customers' problems quickly and correctly, every time. The Technicians are the core part of the company and perform diagnostics, service repairs, and perform maintenance work on all customer and/or dealer owned equipment.
Job Expectations:
Diagnose, repair, or recondition Ag equipment and components Completes all reports and forms required in conjunction with work assignments Oversee and help younger technicians that are still learning Perform routine inspections of equipment Other duties as assigned
Ag Equipment Technician Qualifications:
Technical school training or equivalent work experience Heavy or Ag equipment work experience preferred The right tech would need their own tools (shops provide specialty tools) Strong mechanical skills, including hydraulics and electrical Able to work as a team member (this is a big one) Clean driving record and ability to pass a drug test
