An established heavy-duty repair shop in Mayville, WI is hiring a Heavy-Duty Diesel Mechanic to diagnose, repair, and maintain trucks and fleet equipment. Ideal candidates have strong troubleshooting skills and full-service repair experience. to earn up to $/hour to start in a stable shop environment. Duties & Responsibilities Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair heavy-duty trucks, fleet vehicles, and related equipment. Perform full-service mechanical repairs, from oil changes and preventative maintenance to major engine work. Inspect and repair diesel engines, drivetrains, electrical systems, brakes, suspension, and related components. Rebuild engines and complete advanced mechanical repairs as needed. Complete repairs accurately from diagnosis through final testing or inspection. Help keep fleet vehicles safe, reliable, and road-ready through quality repair work. Contribute to a team-focused shop environment built around workmanship, accountability, and long-term success.

Requirements Required:

Experience repairing and maintaining heavy-duty trucks, diesel engines, or fleet vehicles. Ability to diagnose mechanical issues and complete repairs from start to finish. Strong knowledge of preventative maintenance, inspections, and general heavy-duty repair procedures. Ability to perform both routine service and major repairs with minimal supervision. Compensation:

$25.00 - $40.00/hour starting pay, based on experience Overtime pay after 40 hours per week Company-provided uniforms
