Diagnose and repair diesel systems on-site—from routine maintenance to complex issues Perform DOT inspections and preventive maintenance Keep fleets compliant, reliable, and on the road Represent Wiers with professionalism and consistency What You Bring 5+ years of diesel technician experience Strong diagnostic and repair skills High school diploma or GED Valid driver's license (CDL preferred, not required) Ability to handle heavy components and work in field conditions Professional communication and customer-focused mindset Preferred Experience ASE certifications Manufacturer certifications (Cummins, Detroit, Navistar, etc.) Mobile or field service background DOT inspection experience Advanced diagnostic training The Right Mindset You solve problems, you don't wait for answers You manage your time and territory effectively You take pride in doing the job right You represent yourself and the company professionally You stay current and keep learning About Wiers Fleet Partners Since 1964, Wiers has helped keep commercial trucks on the road.
