DIESEL / AUTOMOTIVE TECHNICIAN
- $30+/HR + BONUS | 4-DAY
WEEK OPTION
Wille Truck Service is looking for an experienced technician to join our growing truck and equipment repair facility in Oregon, WI. We work on gas and diesel pickups, medium and heavy-duty trucks, trailers, heavy equipment, and off-road equipment. We are a fast-paced independent repair facility with OEM-level tooling and diagnostics for Ford, GM, Ram, Cummins, CAT, John Deere, and more. We are also a Kubota Industrial Engine dealer and a Sennebogen ASP, giving our technicians exposure to a wide variety of equipment and repair opportunities.

We are looking for someone who takes pride in their work, can diagnose problems instead of just replacing parts, communicates well with the team, and wants to be part of a shop that is continuing to grow and improve. What We Offer $30+/hr base pay depending on experience Performance bonus opportunities Overtime available but not expected Flexible scheduling 4-day work week possible Paid vacation and holidays Full benefits package Health insurance coming soon Clean, organized shop environment Modern OEM diagnostic tooling and equipment Variety of work — no repetitive assembly line work Opportunity for growth and advancement Family-oriented team atmosphere Responsibilities Diagnose and repair gas and diesel vehicles and equipment Perform electrical, drivability, hydraulic, suspension, engine, and aftertreatment diagnostics Complete repairs efficiently and correctly Document findings and repairs clearly Maintain a clean and professional work area — your mom is not here Work as part of a team in a fast-paced environment Assist other technicians when needed What We're Looking For Strong diagnostic ability Good work ethic and attitude Willingness to work hard and tackle difficult or dirty jobs without complaining High morals and integrity — if something does not seem right, say something Do what is right at all times (Right > Profit) Ability to work independently Pride in workmanship Experience with diesel and automotive repair Ability to stay organized and communicate effectively CDL preferred but not required We are not looking for someone who needs constant supervision or someone who just wants to replace parts. We want someone who wants to learn, hustle, think critically, and be part of building one of the best independent truck and equipment repair facilities in the area.
Pay:
$30.00 - $38.14 per hour
