PWC(Jetski ) Technician

Fast Marine is looking for a skilled and motivated Jet Ski Technician to join our growing team. We specialize in high-performance repairs, maintenance, and modifications for Sea-Doo and Yamaha watercraft. This role is hands-on and fast-paced. You'll be diagnosing, repairing, and upgrading jet skis while maintaining a high standard of workmanship and customer satisfaction. If you know your way around engines, electrical systems, and performance work — you'll fit right in. Responsibilities Diagnose and repair Sea-Doo and Yamaha jet skis Perform full services (oil, spark plugs, inspections) Rebuild jet pumps, replace wear rings, carbon seals, and driveline components Troubleshoot electrical systems (wiring, sensors, relays, starters) Perform engine repairs and replacements when needed Use hand tools, power tools, and diagnostic equipment Maintain a clean and organized workspace Communicate clearly with team members and customers Assist with performance upgrades and custom builds Requirements Experience as a marine or powersports technician (jet ski experience preferred) Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills Ability to read schematics and wiring diagrams Experience with tools, fabrication, and general repair work Ability to lift and move heavy equipment when needed Reliable, punctual, and able to work in a fast-paced shop Strong attention to detail and pride in your work Bonus (Not Required but Preferred) Experience with Sea-Doo 4-Tec engines or Yamaha platforms Performance modifications (intakes, exhaust, tuning, etc.) Welding or fabrication experience Previous dealership or marine shop experience What We Offer Competitive pay (based on experience) Steady workflow (20-40 skis weekly) Opportunity to work on high-performance builds Growth within a rapidly expanding company Laid-back but professional work environment How to Apply Call or text: 727-677-1605 Or message us directly on
