In this role, you will ensure the reliability and safety of critical power infrastructure by performing comprehensive diagnostic testing and preventative maintenance on high-voltage equipment. Responsibilities Execute acceptance and routine maintenance testing on electrical power distribution equipment to ensure operational integrity. Perform advanced troubleshooting and diagnostic analysis on low and medium voltage switchgear, transformers, and circuit breakers. Calibrate and test protective relay systems to guarantee system stability and fault protection. Apply NETA-compliant testing methodologies to verify equipment performance and safety standards. Document technical findings and provide actionable insights to improve system longevity and uptime. Adhere to
NFPA 70E
safety protocols to maintain a secure working environment during all field operations. Qualifications Required Skills 2 to 8+ years of hands-on experience in electrical testing and field service. Proficiency in analyzing and maintaining complex power distribution systems. Demonstrated knowledge of NETA testing standards and
NFPA 70E
safety requirements. Valid driver's license and the ability to travel to various project sites as needed. Preferred Skills Formal certification or equivalent technical training in electrical power systems. Experience with specialized diagnostic software and testing instrumentation.
