Role Overview:

We are seeking a high-level Lead Generator Technician who specializes in the diagnostic and repair side of the industry. This isn't just about oil changes; we need a "Detective" who can troubleshoot complex electrical and mechanical failures and provide a world-class experience for our homeowners.

Key Responsibilities Diagnostics & Repair:

Troubleshoot AC/DC power systems, engine failures, and complex controller issues.

Maintenance:

Perform comprehensive multi-point inspections and load bank testing.

Warranty Management:

Execute and document warranty repairs according to manufacturer standards.

Customer Consultation:

Use a "Diagnostic Interview" approach to understand the customer's specific power needs and explain technical solutions in plain English.

Safety & Standards:

Maintain a clean, professional service vehicle and adhere to all local electrical and gas codes.

Requirements Certification:

Current Generac Certification (Residential/Commercial or Industrial) is required.

Experience:

3+ years of experience in power generation, engine repair, or electrical troubleshooting.

Technical Proficiency:

Must be able to read wiring diagrams/schematics and use a multimeter with precision.

Communication:

Strong verbal and written skills for documenting service tickets and interacting with clients.

The Essentials:

Valid driver's license and a clean driving record. Generator Installation Helper (Experienced or Entry-Level)

Role Overview:

We are looking for a motivated Installation Helper to support our lead installers in the field. Whether you have experience in the trades or are looking to start a career in a specialized industry, we are looking for someone who takes pride in a job done right the first time.

Key Responsibilities System Installation:

Assist with setting generator pads, mounting units, and running conduit.

Piping & Wiring:

Help with gas pipe assembly and pulling wire under the direction of the Lead Installer.

Site Management:

Keep the job site clean and organized; ensure all tools and materials are accounted for.

Start-up Support:

Assist in "Simulated Power Outage" tests to ensure the system performs perfectly before we leave.

Requirements Aptitude:

Mechanically inclined with the ability to use power tools safely.

Physical Stamina:

Ability to lift heavy equipment (75+ lbs), dig trenches, and work in various outdoor weather conditions.

Professionalism:

Punctuality and a "can-do" attitude are essential.

Background:

Previous experience in electrical, plumbing, or landscaping is preferred but not required for the right candidate.
