Job Overview We are a rapidly growing, family owned Automatic Pool Cover company, seeking a dedicated and hardworking Laborer to join our team. This is the perfect position for someone who want the opportunity to grow! Responsibilities Servicing existing pool covers and repair problems as needed. Install pool covers to new and existing pools. Trouble-shoot with other techs to solve difficult operational problems. Maintain parts stock in service truck. Qualifications Current MA driver's license and clean driving record. Reliable transportation to our facility located in Rochester, MA. Good work ethic and self-motivated. Experience in the repair industry, construction, automotive, electrical, or HVAC. Knowledge of hand tools and power tools. Physical Requirements and Work Environment Typical start time 7AM Typical end time 6PM Some heavy lifting is required. Will be bending, lifting, reaching, squatting, climbing, kneeling, twisting, sitting, standing, and walking daily. Techs will be working outside each day including summer months. Willing and able to work 10+ hour days Monday-Friday (occasional Saturdays will be required). Daily travel and occasional travel to Marthas Vineyard or Nantucket (paid and in a company vehicle) Two man crew in fully equipped company vehicle.
