Lasco Ford is searching for an ambitious Transmission Apprentice Technician who wants to learn from one of the best. This is not a position where you'll be changing oil forever and hoping someone notices. You'll work directly alongside ourFord Certified Transmission Technician, gaining hands-on experience with diagnostics, drivability concerns, transmission repairs, removals, rebuilds, and today's advanced vehicle technology. If you've attended automotive school, vocational training, high school automotive classes, community college, or already have some hands-on experience, we want to talk with you. Why This Opportunity Is Different Most dealerships hire apprentices and leave them on maintenance work indefinitely. At Lasco Ford, we believe in developing technicians. Several apprentices who started with little experience have grown into productive, successful technicians within our shop. We invest in training, mentorship, and providing a clear path forward.
