Job DescriptionJob PurposeThis role supports the Power Services division by performing detailed power system studies and providing technical field support that ensures safe, reliable, and compliant electrical system performance. You'll be responsible for analyzing system behavior, identifying risks, and supporting commissioning and maintenance activities that directly impact project safety, customer operations, and overall system reliability. Success in this role means delivering accurate engineering analysis, clear technical recommendations, and dependable field support—all while upholding KE's commitment to Safety, People, Passion, and Performance. Power System StudiesPerform Arc Flash studiesConduct Short Circuit studiesPerform Coordination studies and analyze customer protection issuesConduct Load Flow studies and evaluate system loadingPerform Grounding studies and assess grounding system performanceConduct Power Quality studies and analyze system disturbancesPerform feasibility studies for solar projectsConduct Voltage Drop studiesField SupportLead and support commissioning projectsSupport testing and maintenance activities in the fieldQualificationsWhat You BringYou're someone who shows up ready to work hard, learn fast, and contribute to a team that takes pride in doing things right.

Successful candidates typically bring:
3+ years of experience in power system analysis or electrical designBachelor's or master's degree in electrical engineeringProficiency with power system software such as SKM, ETAP, EasyPower, Windmil, or similarFamiliarity withNFPA 70E, IEEE
