Education:
A high school diploma or GED is required. Undergraduate degree from an accredited college or university in a related discipline is a plus. Directly related job experience serving in a technical role, where experience and proven knowledge is required.Experience & Skills:
2 years minimum experience in a maintenance/technical position. Must have strong mechanical background and be able to quickly diagnose crane related problems and accurately propose effective solutions Proficient in electrical assembly, and power and controls knowledge of equipment used in the crane industry Proficient knowledge of the standards used in the crane industry for erecting and operating cranes. Willingness to enhance their knowledge and understanding of the crane industry Excellent people skills in order to communicate with customers and develop excellent customer relationships Ability to multi-task and set priorities Must successfully complete a criminal background check, drug screen and E-verify The Mazzella Way Mazzella is a family owned company that puts people first.
