Job Description
Service Helper Tech The Peggs Company is seeking Traveling Service Helper to help us provide exceptional service to our customers across the country. This position is ideal for individuals who enjoy traveling, working with their hands, and being part of a hardworking team. Responsibilities Travel with a Lead Service Technician in a company vehicle. Service customer locations by pressure washing, repairing, and maintaining rolling racks and carts used by grocery and retail stores. Use hand tools, power tools, and equipment to complete repairs and maintenance. Work outdoors in various weather conditions. Accurately document work using smartphones, tablets, and other electronic devices. Qualifications Experience with power tools required. Wire-feed welding experience is helpful but not required. Comfortable using smartphones, computers, and electronic devices. Ability to perform physically demanding work, including bending, lifting, pushing, pulling, and moving equipment. Ability to travel extensively, including overnight stays and multi-week out-of-town assignments. Clean and insurable driving record is a plus, but not required.
