• Job Description
• Working alongside a team of experienced technicians, you will provide on-site preventive maintenance, testing, installation, troubleshooting, and repairs for a wide range of electrical power systems, including:
• Stationary battery systems
• Industrial battery chargers
• Uninterruptible Power Supplies (UPS)
• Telecom power systems This role offers exposure to the latest battery and power technologies, along with regular in-house, online, and vendor-sponsored training to help you become an expert in the field.
• Responsibilities
• Perform diagnostic analysis, repairs, and preventative maintenance at customer sites
• Install stationary battery systems, UPS units, chargers, and telecom power systems
• Troubleshoot and repair battery chargers and UPS systems
• Complete field wiring and mechanical assembly
• Use multimeters and testing equipment to measure voltage, current, resistance, and specific gravity
• Accurately complete and submit field service reports documenting time and work performed
• Qualifications
• Associate degree from a technical or trade school (Electrical preferred)
• or•3+ years of related technician experience • Solid understanding of basic electrical theory and circuit analysis • Valid driver's license • Ability to lift up to 55 pounds • Strong troubleshooting skills and ability to work independently in the field •
