Job Description

Job Summary:
We are looking for a skilled mechanic with experience working on power stations, generators, natural gas compression systems, diesel engines, hydraulics, and electrical systems. The ideal candidate will be comfortable working in a data center or industrial environment and will have strong troubleshooting skills. This position is a great fit for someone with mechanical and electrical experience who can read diagrams, work safely around high-voltage systems, and travel as needed for project work.
Responsibilities:
Perform maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs on power station equipment, generators, engines, and related systems Work on natural gas compression systems and diesel-powered equipment Troubleshoot mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical issues Work with high-voltage systems safely and efficiently Read and interpret P&ID diagrams and electrical diagrams Work with PLC and VFD systems as needed Support data center power station operations and project needs Follow safety procedures and company standards at all times
Requirements:
Experience as a mechanic working with generators, engines, power stations, or industrial equipment Natural gas compression experience preferred Diesel mechanic experience preferred Hydraulic experience preferred High-voltage experience strongly preferred PLC and VFD knowledge is a plus Ability to read P&ID diagrams and electrical diagrams Comfortable traveling 50%-70% as needed Able to work 50-60 hours per week Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills Clean MVR and able to pass background check
Ideal Candidate:
The ideal candidate has hands-on experience with engines, generators, natural gas compression, diesel systems, hydraulics, high voltage, PLCs, and VFDs. Someone who has worked around power stations, data centers, or industrial equipment would be a strong fit. #
INDEG Pay:
$30.00 - $40.00 per hour
