ATV/UTV Technician

About the Role An expanding powersports business, Polaris Fun Center, is looking for a dependable, motivated technician to join our team. We're seeking an ATV Technician with a passion for powersports and hands-on mechanical work. If you enjoy diagnosing issues, performing quality repairs, and taking pride in your work, this role could be a great fit. You'll be responsible for servicing and repairing ATVs and Side-by-Sides. The ideal candidate can read electrical schematics (or is eager to learn) and enjoys working directly with customers, listening to their concerns and offering recommendations that meet their needs while supporting dealership goals. What You'll Do

• Diagnose and repair ATVs and other powersports vehicles
• Perform routine maintenance like oil changes, brakes, tires, and tune-ups
• Troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues
• Assemble and inspect new units (PDI) to make sure they're ready to ride
• Test vehicles after repairs to ensure safety and performance
• Keep accurate service records and maintain a clean, organized workspace
• Work closely with the service team to get jobs done right and on time
• Install accessories on ATVs and Side by Sides What We're Looking For
• Mechanical experience with ATVs, motorcycles, small engines, or similar equipment
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Basic electrical knowledge is a plus
• Ability to follow service manuals and manufacturer guidelines
• Valid driver's license
• A positive attitude and willingness to learn
• Set of tools with willingness to expand based on job requirements
