Job Description:

As a powersports Technician at Tuttle Outdoor Power, you will be responsible for the maintenance and repair of equipment, ensuring our customers' machinery operates at peak performance. This role requires a blend of technical expertise, problem-solving skills, and attention to detail. Base Hourly Rate $20 plus an additional bonus paid out monthly on hours depending on your personal efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform diagnostic tests and repairs on Polaris off road vehicles, Kawasaki off road vehicles, and lawn mowers. Conduct routine maintenance and preventive services on small engine machines. Maintain accurate records of services performed and parts used. Efficiently the work load scheduled for the day and clearly communicate with the service writers any updates Stay updated on the latest equipment technology and service techniques.

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification in Polaris, Kawasaki, or related field preferred. Proven experience as a field technician or similar role, preferably with a focus on small engine equipment. Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills. Ability to work independently and manage time effectively. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
