Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
Provide field/shop technical support to perform on-site routine services including installation, maintenance, and repair. Perform job duties in a safe and efficient manner. Must meet required production rate expectations. Must adhere to company policies and procedures. Must have experience with heavy mechanical and some electrical service. Must be familiar with service and repair. Perform various types of repair work, preventive maintenance. Use of hand tools, power tools, and electronic diagnostic equipment. Understanding of equipment repair manuals. Performing lockout/tagout, starting/stopping of equipment, and perform equipment checks. Performs other functions/duties as required.
Required Education or Minimum Level:
High school education (GED). Experience 4+ years of industry experience preferred.
Software Knowledge:
Basic computer skills i.e. Microsoft office word Microsoft office excel.
Preferred Skills:
Must be mechanically inclined and the ability to trouble shoot, advise, inspect, repair and the ability to learn and work independently.
Mental Power:
Ability to exercise judgement that is varied in terms of what and how work is to be done, as well as why it is done, within established policies and procedures.
Physical Power:
Driving, walking, standing frequently arm/wrist/hand movement. Must be able to lift 50lbs. Outdoor work required with exposure to elements.
