Job Description

BMG Xtreme Sports is seeking a motivated and dependable Entry Level Powersports Technician to join our growing service team. This is a great opportunity for someone passionate about motorcycles and powersports vehicles who is looking to build a long-term career in the industry. The ideal candidate will have basic mechanical knowledge, a strong work ethic, and a willingness to learn while working with top powersports brands including Indian Motorcycle, Slingshot, Kawasaki, Polaris, Can-Am, and Sea-Doo. Duties Assist senior technicians with diagnostics, repairs, and routine maintenance. Perform basic services including oil changes, battery replacements, tire installation, and accessory installation. Assemble new units and prepare vehicles for delivery. Inspect motorcycles, ATVs, side-by-sides, Slingshots, and watercraft for safety and performance. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the service department and work area. Utilize hand tools and shop equipment safely and efficiently. Accurately document work performed and parts used. Follow manufacturer guidelines and dealership service procedures. Work closely with the service department team to ensure customer satisfaction. Continue learning powersports systems, diagnostics, and repair techniques through hands-on training. Qualifications Basic mechanical experience or technical training preferred. Passion for motorcycles and powersports vehicles. Ability to learn quickly and work in a fast-paced environment. Strong attention to detail and positive attitude. Good communication and teamwork skills. Ability to lift and move motorcycles/powersports vehicles as needed. Valid Driver's License required; motorcycle endorsement preferred but not required.
