BFPE.com Job Posting 24-013 Kitchen Installation and Service Technician BFPE International is seeking a full time Kitchen Installation and Service Technician to join our BFPE Family. Entry-level positions also exist and training will be provided. The role of a Kitchen Installation and Service Technician is to perform installation, repair, inspection, testing, and maintenance of commercial pre-engineered kitchen suppression systems to the prescribed standards. The role may also include the inspection and service of portable fire extinguishers and emergency lighting. A candidate, with experience, must also be able to perform on-site emergency troubleshooting, identify code and non-conformance issues, and complete accurate paperwork detailing installation, testing, inspection, and services.

Ideal Candidate Qualifications:

Experience a plus, but not required. Would prefer at least 1-2 years of proven experience in the kitchen suppression industry, with working knowledge of the following manufacturers and their products: Ansul, Amerex, and Kidde. Ability to lift at least 75lbs, safely use ladders, perform work overhead, and possibly work in tight spaces. A valid driver's license and clean driving record. Possess professional business communications skills, both written and oral. Self-learner, self-motivated, dedicated, organized, and a team player. Must have good communication and organization skills, be able to develop and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction, and accomplish tasks in a timely and safe manner.
