You'll be working first hand with today's hottest Powersports Products, Side x Sides, Watercraft, ATVs, E-Bikes, and Motorcycles. Our state-of-the-art service facility is looking to recruit qualified Service Technicians to join our growing team.
Skills/Qualifications:
Must be able to accurately perform full and complete diagnosis on units in for service. Perform service, repair, and customization work in accordance with factory specifications. Possess the skills to work in a fast-paced environment with a high level of attention to safety and quality workmanship. Provide clear written records of all repairs performed. Own your own set of tools to perform the tasks required at your proficiency level. Ability to follow safety guidelines both in the workshop and when out on test rides. Ability to train, mentor, and transfer skills to other technicians. Proficient in meeting deadlines, and completing work productively and profitably. Minimize come-backs and deal with them promptly and satisfactorily when they do occur. Attention to detail is a must.
Job Requirements:
2-5 years of technical experience preferred. Basic Computer skills. Positive and friendly attitude. Able to push a 700 lb. motorcycle and be able to lift 100 lbs. Able to work on your feet for extended periods of time. Good driving record with a motorcycle endorsement.
