Position Summary:
We are looking for a dependable and motivated Lot Technician to support daily operations at our powersports dealership. This is an entry-level role ideal for someone who enjoys working around motorcycles, ATVs, and side-by-sides and is interested in building a career in the powersports industry.
Key Responsibilities:
Move and organize vehicles (motorcycles, ATVs, UTVs, snowmobiles) on the lot and showroom Photograph units for online listings, ensuring high-quality and consistent presentation Assist with detailing and cleaning units to maintain showroom-ready condition Help with vehicle setup, including light assembly and preparation of new units Maintain cleanliness and organization of the lot, showroom, and service areas Support sales and service teams with day-to-day operational needs Ensure all units are properly tagged, displayed, and ready for customer viewing
Qualifications:
Strong work ethic and attention to detail Ability to safely operate powersports vehicles (or willingness to learn) Basic mechanical aptitude is a plus Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions Valid driver's license required Ability to lift and move equipment as needed

Schedule:
