In this energetic role, you will troubleshoot, repair, and calibrate sophisticated machinery, ensuring optimal performance and minimal downtime. Your mechanical expertise and hands-on skills will drive customer satisfaction and operational excellence in a fast-paced, field-based environment. This position offers an exciting opportunity to apply your technical knowledge while traveling to diverse locations, making a tangible impact on clients' operations. Responsibilities Perform on-site installation, maintenance, and repair of equipment according to OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturer) specifications Conduct routine inspections, troubleshooting, and diagnostics using schematics and technical manuals Calibrate machinery to ensure precision and compliance with industry standards Utilize hand tools and computer hardware to disassemble, repair, and reassemble equipment efficiently Maintain accurate records of service activities using CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System) software Interpret schematics and technical diagrams to identify issues and execute repairs effectively Provide training or guidance to clients on equipment operation and basic maintenance procedures Ensure all safety protocols are followed during field service operations to protect yourself and others Experience Proven experience in field service roles involving equipment repair, maintenance, or calibration Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to read schematics and technical manuals confidently Familiarity with OEM equipment standards and specifications is highly desirable Hands-on experience with DME (Dental Medical Equipment) or similar complex machinery is a plus Skilled in using hand tools, calibration devices, and basic computer hardware for diagnostics and repairs Experience working with CMMS software for service documentation and scheduling Ability to troubleshoot issues efficiently in diverse environments while maintaining a positive attitude Embark on a rewarding career where your technical skills make a difference!
