$65000 / yr Staffing Pros, a division of VETS Inc., has an opening with our client for a Field Service Engineer to support a large transit operations environment, providing IT support for their employees onsite in Scottsdale, AZ.
Key Responsibilities:
High-volume desktop support and troubleshooting Ticket management and inventory tracking Mobile Device Management (MDM) Conference room and AV support Cisco-related support tasks Participation in special IT projects
Environment:
Large campus with two buildings; role involves considerable walking between locations Well-documented processes and procedures Team-oriented environment
Schedule & On-Call:
Standard schedule of either 8:00 AM-5:00 PM or 7:00 AM-4:00 PM Site operates 24/7, so some flexibility is required Participation in an on-call rotation shared between two team members Typically a few hours of after-hours/weekend support per two-week pay period (2 weeks on and 2 weeks off) EEO Statement Staffing Pros a division of VETS-inc is an Equal Opportunity Employer/Protected Veterans/Individuals with Disabilities.
