Dedicated to exceptional customer service, innovation, and multi-vendor support, we are trusted for our unmatched expertise and are committed to ensuring continuous operational uptime for our clients. Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Field Services Engineer. The Field Services Engineer will perform day-to-day tasks such as preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and technical support for critical power systems. The role requires providing excellent customer service, diagnosing and resolving technical issues, and ensuring systems maintain optimal performance. The engineer will also contribute to equipment reliability and uptime through regular servicing and repair work.
Qualifications Field Service Expertise:
Proficiency in field service and hands-on experience with installing or maintaining critical power systems.
Troubleshooting & Technical Support:
Strong skills for diagnosing and resolving complex equipment issues.
Preventive Maintenance:
Skilled in conducting routine maintenance to optimize operational efficiency.
Customer Service:
Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities when interacting with clients.
Adaptability:
Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced, client-driven environment.
Travel:
Valid driver's license and the ability to travel locally to client sites.
Certifications:
Electrical or technical certification, or equivalent relevant experience, is preferred.
Tools:
Proficiency with the tools and software associated with field service operations.
