Job Description The Role:
We are hiring three FSR Engineers to deploy as embedded technical representatives at operational customer sites, supporting the configuration, integration, and optimization of Palantir platforms (Gotham, Foundry, Apollo, AIP) for IC and DoD end users. You will serve as the connective tissue between the platform and the mission — working side by side with analysts, operators, and decision-makers in classified environments to turn technology into operational outcomes. This is not a back-office support role. FSRs own problems end to end, operate with significant autonomy, and are expected to thrive in high-tempo, forward-deployed settings with minimal hand-holding.What You'll Do:
Deploy to customer locations — including austere, sensitive, and forward-operating environments — to install, configure, maintain, and troubleshoot Palantir platforms tailored to the mission. Partner directly with end users to map operational workflows, identify capability gaps, and translate mission requirements into platform solutions. Build and manage data integrations across customer systems, working with real-world datasets that are often messy, incomplete, or time-sensitive. Deliver hands-on training to users at all skill levels, from initial platform onboarding through advanced workflow development. Act as the primary technical liaison between the customer site and BOAB Ventures engineering and program leadership, triaging issues, bugs, and feature requests. Provide field-level feedback to product and engineering teams to shape future platform development based on actual mission use. Operate independently with a high degree of ownership — you are the face of the program at the customer site. What You Bring:
Active TS/SCI clearance with Full-Scope Polygraph — no exceptions, no sponsorship. 3+ years of hands-on technical experience in software engineering, systems administration, data engineering, or intelligence analysis with a strong technical skill set. Proficiency in Python, SQL, or equivalent scripting and query languages. Working knowledge of Linux/Unix environments and command-line operations. Experience with data integration patterns — ETL pipelines, APIs, database management, or similar. Proven ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical mission users. Willingness and ability to deploy to forward or remote locations for extended periods (60 to 180+ days). A problem-solver's mindset — you don't wait for direction, you find the problem and fix it.Preferred Qualifications:
Prior military or Intelligence Community experience — understanding the customer's culture and operational tempo is a significant advantage. Direct experience with Palantir Gotham, Foundry, or Apollo. Familiarity with ISR platforms, SIGINT/GEOINT workflows, C2 systems, or mission-planning tools. Background in DevOps, infrastructure, or network engineering. Experience working in SCIFs or compartmented environments. Why choose us:
We are a small, mission-driven team that puts operators first. No layers of bureaucracy between you and the work. You will have direct impact on some of the most consequential missions in the IC, backed by a company that treats its people like professionals, not seat-fillers. If you want your work to matter the day you do it, we want to talk to you.group id:
