Job Summary Serves as a Field Service Representative (FSR) supporting United States Special Operations Command (USSOCOM), Special Operations Forces (SOF), and United States Army Europe and Africa (USAREUR) by delivering training and operational support for Sensitive Site Exploitation (SSE), with emphasis on biometric collection and identity intelligence. Supports operation of biometric systems, data processing, and exploitation activities in OCONUS environments, including basic forensic and digital media analysis. Develops and delivers training in Sensitive Site Exploitation (SSE) with emphasis on biometric collection and identity intelligence, including fingerprint, facial recognition, and iris systems, for civilian and military audiences. Provides instruction on tactics, techniques, and procedures (TTPs) supporting the collection, processing, and integration of biometric and exploitation data within SSE operations. Sets up, configures, operates, and maintains biometric collection and matching systems, including devices used for enrollment, identification, and watchlist integration. Conducts and supports biometric enrollment, matching, and latent print collection activities, including basic DNA collection in support of identity intelligence objectives. Accesses, updates, and installs Biometric Enabled Watch Lists (BEWL) onto supported biometric systems and devices. Designs and implements instructional materials and hands-on exercises that reinforce biometric collection, processing, and operational application. Maintains and operates SSE and exploitation equipment, including tools used for biometric, cellular, and media exploitation activities. Provides operational support for SSE activities, including digital media and cellular exploitation, as part of integrated identity intelligence efforts. Maintains and supports Exploitation Analysis Center (EAC) equipment and processes, including evidence collection, documentation, chain of custody, handling, and preservation. Performs field collection activities including digital photography, latent print processing, and post-blast evidence collection, in support of SSE operations. Provides basic instruction and support in chemical detection and identification methods, including use of field test kits and common analytical tools. Operates laboratory and field equipment at a user level and performs routine maintenance in support of SSE and exploitation activities. Applies standard safety procedures when handling samples, chemicals, and potentially hazardous materials in training and operational environments. Utilizes basic analytical techniques (e.g., spectroscopy, gas chromatography, mass spectrometry) at a familiarization or user level as required. Collaborates with team members and instructors to ensure consistency in training delivery, operational support, and use of biometric and exploitation systems. Provides input and support for reporting requirements, including training metrics and operational outputs. Evaluates trainee performance through practical exercises and testing to ensure competency in biometric and SSE tasks. Coordinates with deployed and CONUS-based elements to support biometric and identity intelligence operations. Maintains current knowledge of biometric systems, SSE equipment, and operational procedures to support mission requirements. Minimum Qualifications Associate's Degree in intelligence, computer science, law enforcement, or forensic science related fields; OR two (2) years of military experience, training/education and related experience required; OR an equivalent combination of relevant education and/or experience. Departmental Requirements Must possess an active Secret Clearance with eligibility for Top Secret and Sensitive Compartmented Information (TS/SCI). Experience supporting biometrics, SSE, or related operational activities. Desired Qualifications Education/experience in electronic engineering. Expertise in electronic schematic design, circuit analysis/component identification with proficiency using laboratory test equipment and understanding radio frequency (RF) communications/measurement.
