Field Service Engineer (50-60% Travel)

Field Service Engineer Key Responsibilities:

Install and service company machinery at customer sites Perform in‑house and field troubleshooting on equipment Download and install software updates and application programs Wire electrical panels using schematics and diagnose electrical issues Plan, schedule, and coordinate travel for machine installations and service calls Utilize machine assembly tools, tap/die sets, and electronic testing equipment Work with VFDs, PLCs, servo drives, motors, and related electrical components Work independently and complete tasks efficiently Provide effective solutions to customer issues in the field Communicate clearly and professionally with coworkers, management, and customers Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Bedford Park, IL. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $35.00 - $45.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
