Job Description Job Summary The Field Service Engineer will install, maintain, and repair equipment on-site at customer locations. They serve as a key technical contact between the company and the customer. Duties and Responsibilities Install, test, and commission equipment at client locations Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, or technical issues Perform preventive maintenance and upgrades Provide technical support and training to customers Document service visits, repairs, and maintenance activities Ensure compliance with safety standards and company policies Coordinate with internal teams (engineering, support, logistics) Travel to customer sites as needed Qualifications Qualifications Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Electronics, or related field (or equivalent experience) Experience with troubleshooting technical equipment or systems Strong problem-solving and analytical skills Ability to read technical manuals, schematics, and diagrams Good communication and customer service skills Willingness to travel frequently Key Skills Troubleshooting & diagnostics Customer service mindset Time management Technical aptitude Adaptability in field environments Additional Information Medical, Dental, Vision 401k Retirement Plan with company match Life, Short-Term Disability Paid Vacation Paid Holidays We believe that different perspectives and backgrounds are what make a company flourish.
