Job DescriptionJob SummaryThe Field Service Engineer will install, maintain, and repair equipment on-site at customer locations. They serve as a key technical contact between the company and the customer.

Duties and ResponsibilitiesInstall, test, and commission equipment at client locationsDiagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, or technical issuesPerform preventive maintenance and upgradesProvide technical support and training to customersDocument service visits, repairs, and maintenance activitiesEnsure compliance with safety standards and company policiesCoordinate with internal teams (engineering, support, logistics)Travel to customer sites as neededQualificationsQualificationsAssociate's or Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Electronics, or related field (or equivalent experience)Experience with troubleshooting technical equipment or systemsStrong problem-solving and analytical skillsAbility to read technical manuals, schematics, and diagramsGood communication and customer service skillsWillingness to travel frequentlyKey SkillsTroubleshooting & diagnosticsCustomer service mindsetTime managementTechnical aptitudeAdaptability in field environmentsAdditional InformationMedical, Dental, Vision401k Retirement Plan with company matchLife, Short-Term DisabilityPaid VacationPaid HolidaysWe believe that different perspectives and backgrounds are what make a company flourish.
