This is a high-visibility, high-impact role offering extensive travel (70-100% after training- paid OT and travel bonuses!) hands-on exposure to cutting-edge automation systems, and significant earning potential. If you enjoy working directly with customers, solving complex technical problems, and seeing the world while doing it - this is a standout opportunity. What You'll Do Install, commission, troubleshoot, and repair industrial automation machinery at customer sites Perform start-ups, preventative maintenance, and emergency service calls (remote + on-site) Diagnose equipment issues, conduct root cause analysis, and drive effective solutions Train customer operations and maintenance teams on equipment use and best practices Partner with internal engineering and service teams to improve product performance Maintain accurate service documentation and customer communication Comply with all EHS and regulatory requirements PLC troubleshooting experience is a must What They're Looking For Strong electrical and mechanical background Ability to read and interpret schematics, blueprints, and electrical documentation Excellent troubleshooting, communication, and customer-facing skills Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced field environment Self-starter with strong organization skills and attention to detail Team-oriented mindset with the ability to work independently in the field Why This Role 70-100% travel after onboarding - see the world on the company's dime Direct customer impact and exposure to advanced automation technology Strong compensation potential tied to service work and travel Training, career growth, and long-term stability with a global organization IND123
